Niko graft caseKhaleda, other suspects to be summoned Jan 3bdnews24.com :The court has ordered that BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and the 10 other suspects in the Niko graft case be summoned for a hearing on the report on the case filed by the FBI and Canadian intelligence. Special Judge's Court-9Judge Sheikh Hafizur Rahman has ordered all the accused to be present in court on the day. They said that the case was important and the hearing should be held in the presence of all the accused. On Nov 22 Attorney General Mahbubey Alam submitted the investigation report of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the US FBI to the court. He also petitioned to collect of signatures of some personnel from the Canadian police and the FBI involved in the investigation.
