The Star Trek: Discovery star Anthony Rapp has accused Spacey of traumatising him after a party in New York in 1986. Rapp said Spacey then followed up with an invitation to a party at his Manhattan apartment, which Rapp attended. He said Spacey “sort of stood in the doorway, kind of swaying. I have loved and had romantic encounters with men throughout my life, and I choose now to live as a gay man. Rapp told BuzzFeed he felt compelled to come forward publicly in the wake of the wave of sexual assault accusations against disgraced industry mogul Harvey Weinstein.
