A north Kerry woman who experienced the heartache of consecutive miscarriages since December has spoken of her hurt at how rarely the subject is openly discussed in public discourse. Eimear has agreed to talk about her trauma but does not wish to reveal her full identity as her pregnancy loss still feels sudden. Her story is reflective of the one in five women in Ireland who have a miscarriage.
