The Ross Road is currently closed in Killarney, Co KerryA fourteen-year-old boy has died and another young teenager is fighting for their life after an horrific collision in Kerry. Gardaí warned that the Ross Road outside Killarney remains closed following a single vehicle collision in which two teens were critically injured when the vehicle in which they were travelling crashed shortly after 1.30am on Wednesday morning. Gardaí warned that the Ross Road remains closed while forensic accident scene investigators examine the scene. Chairman of Killarney Municipal District Councillor Marie Moloney said the entire community was shocked by the road traffic collision. "I would like to express my sincere condolences to the family of the young boy killed on the Ross Road in Killarney last night," she said.
