Speaking ahead of the October knowledge management conference in Naivasha, Moses Wadeguh, and the CEO at Phowad Solution Limited noted that most organisations in Kenya do not have clear knowledge management plan exposing them to unexpected changes in the business environment. “We need to have a plan that helps companies meet their targets and ensure smooth transition in cases of on-board employees,” he added. He called on joint participation of departments in IT, Human resource, operations, and strategy and risk departments in building a workable knowledge management plan. The conference targets practitioners, beneficiaries, academicians and consultants for exposure, networking, training and discussion on issues that affect their operations, plans, strategy and best practices.
