MELAKA: A Kenyan maid was today sentenced to four months in jail by the Magistrate’s Court here for threatening to kill her employer and his family. Skeetar Rigine Lameck, 36, pleaded guilty to the charge which was read to her before Magistrate Mohd Firdaus Saleh. His wife had said that the family were trying to calm the maid who was angry and threatening by saying: “I will kill you with Jesus” and “I want to kill you and all family if you pray”. It is learnt that the maid has been working with her Saudi Arabian employer for three years and was with the family in Melaka for vacation. Magistrate Mohd Firdaus then sentenced her to four months in jail from the date of arrest on Aug 23.
