People DailyController of Budget (COB) Margaret Nyakang'o has rejected a KSh 1.1 billion request by the State House to cater for the construction of a modern presidential dais. In total, the CoB rejected requests amounting to KSh 58.4 billion received from 23 ministries under Article 223 of the Constitution.
