Health CS Mutahi Kagwe (pictured) has sent a warning shot to persons celebrating the reopening of certain areas yesterday by President Uhuru Kenyatta. On hospital bed capacity, in his speech on Saturday, President Uhuru directed that all counties have at least a 300-bed capacity. The Health Ministry says it tested 2, 833 samples in the last 24 hours, adding that the high number of positive cases is as a result of high targeted testing.
