Kenya has recorded 8 new cases of Covid-19 from a sample size of 2,767 tested in the last 24 hours. On Saturday, Health CS Mutahi Kagwe said of the cases, three are Kenyans while 5 are foreigners and six are males, and 2 females. The CS added that 7 patients have recovered from the disease, all of them from the Home-Based and Isolation Care program. Total recoveries are 317,909 of whom 264,883 are from the Home-Based, and isolation program while 53,026 are from various health facilities countrywide. Three patients are currently admitted to various health facilities while 135 are under the Home-Based Isolation and Care program.
