Kenya has today (Sunday) recorded 310 new cases of covid from a sample size of 3, 961 tested in the last 24 hours, health CS Mutahi Kagwe has announced. The total confirmed positive cases in the country now shoot to 317,634 while the cumulative tests done is at 3,147,823. 3,329 of them were from home-based care and isolation while 54 were admitted to various hospitals in the country. The cumulative number of recoveries stand at 284,727 of whom 233,586 are from home-based care and isolation while 51,141 recovered from the hospital. 10,664 others are under home-based isolation and care programs.
