The 2010 Constitution was about stability. Not a moment to replace the 2010 Constitution, but one to improve on it. If the 2010 changes were about stabilising the nation, the 2020 version is about growth and development. We need a Constitution that is development oriented, one that aims to help Kenya become the middle-income economy. There will be a referendum on any constitutional changes and once again it is up to Kenyans to decide on the changes they need.
