There was a candid discussion on the vagaries of climate change and efforts to counter it. Obviously, the perennial adverse weather and growing climate change effects have forced them to think about building resilience. INSUFFICIENT FUNDSOverall, one can say there is increased knowledge and intent to tackle climate change even in this part of the world. Yet, Africa is still one of the areas that suffer most from climate change. Therefore, it behooves us all to play a role in either or more of advocacy, financing and other support for climate change campaign.
