Kisumu senior resident magistrate Kemunto Onkunya who mentioned the case directed the police to arrest Mr Ouda and present him to court after he failed to appear for the proceedings. The MCA is facing charges of creating disturbance in a manner that is likely to cause a breach of peace. "The accused must be present before the court in two weeks' time for the mentioning of his case," said Onkunya.
