Cord leader Raila Odinga has claimed Jubilee Government has gone into a borrowing spree to pay off looters. The Opposition leader has also stated that Kenya has joined the ‘super league’ of most corrupt countries while lamenting the huge debts accrued under Jubilee administration. As the curtains come down on the Afro Cinema called the Jubilee regime, Kenya is at a breaking point on the issue of corruption.
