The Kenya Prisons Service has warned the public against being conned over ongoing recruitment of warders. Commissioner General of Prisons Isaiah Osugo denied reports they are recruiting warders, terming them fake and false. These are fake reports being circulated by cons,” he said, adding that some people have gone to the headquarters to follow up on the same. Osugo said the alleged advert being circulated calling for recruitment is an old one and had been used in 2015. He said they have asked police to investigate those behind the reports.
