He had gone to verify his details at an Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) centre at Wagberi Primary School in Wajir East constituency. The visit to Wagberi was prompted by earlier complaints that the Biometric Voter Registration kits in Wajir were not functioning. "It does not make sense to travel back home to register as a voter," said Kalonzo.
