An internal memo signed by Chief Registrar Ann Amadi and dated September 3 said termination of the contract would take effect on November 2. The move follows protests by Judiciary staff under the Kenya Judiciary Staff Association after the insurer directed that those in Job Group D should seek services only from Meridian Clinic Limited. "The meeting resolved that the present medical insurance contract with Jubilee Insurance be terminated.
