Jubilee MPs want Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet and Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) boss Ndegwa Muhoro to have more suspects in custody over the killings. "We are giving you (Boinnet and Muhoro) seven days to make sure the killers are brought to book. But Senator Aaron Cheruiyot (Kericho), MPs Dennis Waweru (Dagoretti South) and Benson Kang'ara (Makadara) called for the resignation of Boinnet and Muhoro.
