This, he said, would enable those who wanted to register as voters to collect them in the shortest time possible. Musalia was speaking during a voter mobilisation tour dubbed 'Nasa Kura' (register as a voter) in Kawangware, Nairobi County. The Opposition leader also took issue with health facilities that withheld ID cards because the owners could not pay their medical bills.
