Some may remember Unanimous A.I. from their incredible performance in last year’s Kentucky Derby. The company defied the odds by utilizing Swarm A.I to predict the superfecta outcome—which is the top four horses in exact order—of the race. Unanimous A.I., founded by Dr. Louis Rosenberg, came up with algorithms that allow for humans to benefit from a hive mind. has worked well so far and the 2017 Kentucky Derby will be a perfect test for it’s continued use in handicapping.
