By Lloyd JonesCONWAY — The Kennett High baseball team went 1-2 last week, but many believe the program may have turned the corner, and might be a side no one wants to face down the stretch. "I don't think we've had a better week of baseball in my three years, unfortunately, we lost two out of three," said Josh McAllister, Eagles' head coach. We didn't walk anyone against Pembroke; had two walks and a hit batter at St. Thomas; and walked three against Kingswood. It was a tough day in the rain at St. Thomas (4-5). "We were all over the bases against St. Thomas," McAllister said.
