Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (Kemsa) has pledged uninterrupted supply of medical supplies to all parts of the country. Kemsa Chief Executive Officer, Edward Njoroge also reiterated the authority’s commitment to continue working with county governments and help them deliver their healthcare promises. “The authority is accelerating processing the county orders within deliver schedule through its robust supply chain infrastructure,” said the CEO. He urged county government to pay up their pending bills to ensure un-interrupted supply of medical commodities and Kemsa’s business continuity. Korir said the county allocated Sh620 million in the 2020/2021 financial year for procurement of medical supplies which will ensure all facilities in the county have sufficient drug supplies.
