Clinton, in Trump’s words, was “a nasty woman,” a chronic liar, a cheat, a scoundrel and a criminal. “Donald thinks belittling women makes him bigger,” she suggested. “This is a mindset, this is how Donald thinks. It must be a daunting prospect, especially for a man who craves attention the way Trump does. Both teams may claim victory today, but as they left the stage, Hillary Clinton looked a lot happier than a scowling Donald Trump.
