Conservatives: Assailed for using cynical tactics to further party interests, such as proroguing parliament, stonewalling opposition, using majority to force through bills. Liberals: Enraged that the opposition managed to slightly delay Liberal legislation, Liberals introduce Motion 6, which would give them overwhelming control over House activities.
