The 37th annual El Tour de Tucson event takes place on Nov. 23 and includes rides of multiple distances for bicyclists of all levels. “We want to make the 37th El Tour fun with a new look and feel,” said Charlene Grabowski, the new CEO of El Tour. “El Tour is such a vital part of our community, it’s a point of pride for Tucson,” Kelly said.
