Kelantan PAN chairman Datuk Wan Abdul Rahim Wan Abdullah said the party would continue operating at the building until it receives an official notice to vacate. Wan Rahim said Husam, who is also Salor state assemblyman, would issue an official statement on the matter soon. Husam was quoted as saying that the matter would be brought to court as soon as a formal notice is served. He said Kelantan PAN would stay put at the building until the court decides otherwise. Husam had also raised procedural issues, pointing out that the instruction to vacate was conveyed to him instead of PAN.
