AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS TO TAKE PLACEInitially the Delhi government will carry out awareness campaign against public drinking and crime against women. EXCISE ACT ENFORCED FROM NOV 7After the campaign, the excise officers will carry out random raids and prosecute the violators.
