We’ve seen alt-text (alternative text to explain images) built in as standard options now for Twitter, Linked In, Powerpoint and many news outlets, including Forbes. We need variations in distance, light, 2D versus 3D processing to mirror nature more closely and think at our best. Many of us need social time. We can’t unlearn the lessons of 2020, the need for allyship, social justice, environmentally sustainable planning, flexibility. 2020 has been an intersectionally dynamic year and there’s more to keep than to lose in management and inclusion work.
