Now, as the end of an uneven USC season nears, Slovis has begun to unleash on opposing secondaries unlike any Trojans quarterback in recent memory. Even before Pittman’s touchdown, Slovis had systematically sliced and diced Cal’s secondary for an eye-popping first quarter, one week after he set records for the same at Arizona State. USC quarterback Kedon Slovis passed for 406 yards and four touchdown against Cal on Saturday. On the first play of the second drive of the second half, he hit Pittman again for 45, demoralizing Cal’s defense even further.
