“All roadside developments (billboards, direction and advertisement signs, tree nursery beds and temporary structures) within the said road reserve should be removed within 14 days from the date of this Notice to pave way for implementation of the project works,” he said. Kimeli said any structures not removed within this period will be taken down without further reference to the owners or operators. The authorities have urged owners of billboards, signage and other temporary structures to comply promptly to avoid removal at their cost.
