KUALA LUMPUR: The infighting at MyPPP continues as Tan Sri M. Kayveas (pic) declared that any party annual general meeting (AGM) held other than the one on Sunday (May 27) is "illegal". "This is the official annual general meeting (AGM), everything else is not," he said at his speech at the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall on Sunday (May 27). This is in apparent reference to the AGM held on Saturday (May 26) by Datuk Seri Maglin D'Cruz who had also declared he is the party's number one. Also present at the AGM held by Kayveas was Institutional Reforms Committee member and National Patriots Association president Brig Jen (Rtd) Datuk Mohamed Arshad Raji. However Maglin, who is acting president of the party, maintained that Kayveas had been expelled from the party as of April 25.
