Global pop star Katy Perry has started her new album Witness at No. Witness is Perry’s third chart-topping album and her fifth entry inside the top 10. Her previous two full-lengths, Teenage Dream and Prism, both kicked off their charting lives at No. Witness moved 180,000 copies in its first full week of availability, with 162,000 of those being actual sales. Less than one month later, Perry and Nicki Minaj released their collaborative track “Swish Swish,” which has been interpreted as a diss track targeting Taylor Swift, with whom the “Firework” singer has been feuding for some time now.
