Reflecting on the stark warning, Katie told how her children did not understand that she turned to cocaine to "block things out" but that she knew she had to tell them the truth. "They didn’t realise it was me breaking down trying to block things out - they needed to know the truth. Katie added that she let her children know they "never have to worry" as she promises to never use cocaine again.
