Back in May, comedian Kathy Griffin was blasted by both the right and the left when images from a photoshoot were released in which she was pictured holding a fake severed head resembling Donald Trump. It led to an actual two-month federal investigation, and a tearful apology from Griffin during a press conference after Trump and First Lady Melania Trump questioned her motives, saying she’d scared son Barron Trump. This week, on the Australian talk show Sunrise, Griffin took back her apology, saying, “I am no longer sorry, the whole outrage was B.S., the whole thing got so blown out of proportion. I lost everybody.”She said she was particularly confused by the criticism she received from more liberal names, including Chelsea Clinton and Debra Messing. “You’re full of crap,” Griffin said in regards to them.
