In a new photo released to mark the pending launch of the book the Duchess of Cambridge her choice of outfit looked similar to one Princess Diana wore in 1981. The look has echoes of the style regularly worn by Lady Diana, who often wore blouses and shirts with a similar pie-crust style collar. Mum-of-three Kate wanted to create a lasting legacy of how the country has collectively and individually battled through lockdown, celebrating the NHS and recognising how everyday people have coped during the pandemic.
