Chris Robinson has filed to re-open the child custody agreement he and ex-wife Kate Hudson settled upon ten years ago regarding their 12-year-old son Ryder. The Black Crowes singer filed documents with California’s Superior Court, petitioning to have the agreement re-evaluated by the court, E! According to papers obtained, a court-assigned evaluator will administer a child custody evaluation, in addition to completing a written report. If suggested, Hudson, Robinson, and Ryder may have to undergo to psychological testing, as well as submitting to drug and alcohol tests. Robinson married Allison Bridges in 2009, while Hudson shares another son, Bingham, 5, with Muse frontman Matt Bellamy.
