NEW DELHI: The all-party delegation that had gone to Kashmir last week, met here today to chalk out a blueprint for future plan of action in the troubled state.Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh , who led the delegation in Kashmir, chaired the meeting, which is still underway in the capital. Rajnath is likely to meet President Pranab Mukherjee in the evening to apprise him of the situation.Earlier, Chief of Army Staff General Dalbir Singh met the home minister to discuss security operations in the Valley that has been on a boil since the last two months.On Monday, Rajnath Singh held a crucial meeting in New Delhi, which was attended by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley , BJP president Amit Shah, Minister of State in PMO Jitendra Singh and party general secretary Ram Madhav. He also briefed Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the situation in Kashmir on Monday and apprised him about the ground situation of the state assessed by the all-party delegation led by him.Before winding up the visit in the Valley, the Home Minister sent out a clear message to separatists, asserting that Jammu and Kashmir will always remain an integral part of India. He, however, said as far as talks are concerned, doors are open to everyone who want peace and normalcy. (With inputs from agencies)
