HERE ARE THE LATEST DEVELOPMENTS: The government meeting chaired by PM Modi is being attended by Home Minister Rajnath Singh who postponed his US trip in the wake of the Kashmir situation. Apart from Modi and Rajnath, the meeting is also being attended by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley , Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar , Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj and other senior officials. 3 Singh cancelled two-day US visit to attend the meeting. Modi returned home today from Kenya after his four-nation Africa tour, which was aimed at enhancing ties with the continent.
