Bihar's education department finds itself in a spot after a question paper for Class 7 students defined Kashmir as a country. The question paper, given to Class 7 students as part of ongoing mid-term exams, asks "what are people of following countries called?". The exams are being conducted under the Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan and the Bihar Education Project Council (BEPC) supervises it on behalf of the Centre.
