In an open letter to President Uhuru Kenyatta, the former Justice Minister said additional resources should be availed for hiring of health professionals in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The programme has been under a pilot project in four counties of Kisumu, Machakos, Isiolo and Nyeri.
