Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua’s has moved to the Supreme Court after her appeal agaiianst the election of Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru was dismissed. The High Court in Kerugoya had for the second time dismissed a poll petition filed Karua. Outside the court, Wainguru said she never stole anyone's vote and is hopeful that the Supreme Court will rule in her favour. We hope she doesn’t go to the Supreme Court, but if she does it is her constitutional right,” she said.
