A division bench of Karnataka High Court headed by acting chief justice on Friday directed all the protesting private doctors against the controversial Karnataka Private Medical Establishments Act to return to work. The High Court while hearing a PIL on the matter came down heavily on the doctors for protesting. Acting Chief Justice Ramesh said that doctors have a sense of duty towards the society.
