The reason behind Karan's exit is cited to be health issue and his doctor has apparently advised him rest. The actor shot for his last day and announced this on the set today (June 10, 2016).Rumours about Karan Mehra aka Naitik's exit from 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' have been in the news for some time now but he always denied it. However, there is some sad news for the fans as the actor has finally decided to part ways with his long running show. Earlier, we had reported that the actor will bid adieu to the show once the show takes the generation leap and unfortunitly the news has come true.
