According to the details, due to tripping of the turbine, all the blades of the turbine will be completely broken while the power supply of 450 MW from the unit is stopped. According to sources, it will take three to four months for the unit to be repaired and operational. He said that the unit of Bin Qasim Power Plant 3 was generating 450 megawatts of electricity from July 5th after the commissioning and performance test. According to sources, after the closure of Bin Qasim Power Plant Unit 3, K Electric has started generating electricity from the old power plant that runs on expensive furnace oil.
