KARACHI: The Karachi Traffic Police on Monday imposed a penalty on as many as 28,500 mini coaches and seized the route permits of 21 mini-coaches which were having PE number plates but were operating on the route of minibusses routes, said Deputy Inspector General Traffic Police Imran Yaqoob Minhas. The penalties were imposed on a total 2500 mini coaches in South district, 1500 in East, 13000 in Central, 7000 in West and 4500 in district Korangi for violation of route permit.
