According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), sea breeze – which provides relief to residents of Karachi – has stopped due to Cyclone Vayu. Experts and medical staff has advised citizens of Karachi to take precautions against the rising temperatures and stay well hydrated. The Met Office also informed that Cyclone Vayu, in the East Arabian Sea, has intensified further.
