The Kalonzo Musyoka Foundation has launched a legal bid at the High Court in an attempt to unfreeze its bank accounts in a money laundering probe. The foundation, in an urgent application filed at Milimani law courts on Monday, accused the NGOs Coordination Board of witch-hunt and acting unlawfully. The board, through executive director Fazul Mohamed, directed Central Bank of Kenya to preserve all accounts belonging to the foundation until further notice. It also accused the foundation of operating secret accounts, both local and foreign, contrary to provisions of NGOs Coordination Act.
