KOLKATA: Kalaari Capital is launching the Kstart Fellowship 2.0 . The fellowship’s goal is to develop future leaders in the venture capital and entrepreneurial ecosystem.The rapid growth of VC-backed startups in India has created a growing interest among young professionals in pursuing a career in entrepreneurship and venture capital. The Kstart Fellowship is designed to address these issues.The Fellowship is a 2-year rotational programme that offers individuals an opportunity to learn about venture capital, and boost understanding of the Indian start-up ecosystem. At the heart of the program is learning through osmosis, " said Pooja Gupta, Head Portfolio HR at Kalaari Capital. The fellowship will consist of 6-8 self-starters with diverse backgrounds thus enabling peer-to-peer learning.
