He and 42 others spent their night in Ruiru Police Station after NTSA arrestKakamega deputy governor Philip Museve Kutima was a guest of the State at Ruiru Police station on Friday night, May 27, after he was arrested for drunk driving. This is meant to curb the number of drunk drivers on the road who make a majority of unwarranted road carnage. The Star reports that they were arrested on Friday night and were still being held at Ruiru Police Station, by time of going to press. Majority of the accidents, the authority says in its latest monthly report, are caused by reckless driving and pedestrians.
