By VINCENT OPIYOMore by this AuthorKakamega Homeboyz coach Nicholas Muyoti has said that their target of finishing in the top five in the 2018/19 SportPesa Premier League season is still within reach, eight games before the end of the term. Homeboyz came from a goal down to draw Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) 1-1 on Saturday in Machakos to stretch their unbeaten run to nine games. “My boys showed character especially after KCB scored early and we came back better in the second half after making a few changes. As I always tell my players, you’ve to be ready to salvage the team whenever called upon,” concluded the former Thika United and Nzoia Sugar coach. His opposite number Frank Ouna rued missed chances that cost them yet another three points as their winless run extended to five games.
